As a Principal Engineer Systems, you will perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Perform analysis at all levels of total system product to include concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance, and disposal. Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware specifications.
Basic Qualifications:
Principal Engineer Systems: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhDProven ability to lead and manage projects, coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines to ensure smooth execution and timely deliveryAbility to perform detailed analyses to assess hardware form, fit, function, and compatibility for integration in legacy systemExperience with hardware integration, testing, and validation in legacy systemsAbility to work iteratively with customer to refine system designs and translate expectations into actionable design objectivesEffectively communicate and present to project and program management, technical managers, and customersPhysical requirements for lifting up to 60lbs including handling hardware components and equipmentWillingness to perform tasks in outdoor or non-climate controlled environments as necessaryAbility to support hardware integration fielding events and demonstrationsActive Secret clearance to startPreferred Qualifications:

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
