This network represents the cornerstone of a truly connected world, unbound by the constraints of the past and adaptable to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our rapidly changing society, economy and technology landscape. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** You will take the lead to work with a highly motivated, cross functional team on defining, launching and managing new products and services for our product portfolio. You will be responsible for discovering value through a data driven approach, deeply understanding the US market, the competitive landscape, and business customers' drivers for demand for our products and services. You will produce supporting business cases and plans for delivering products to market. Thriving at the intersection of technology and business, you are comfortable immersing yourself in the details on each end of the spectrum, with the end goal of creating value for customers, accompanied by a world class customer experience with the product. **Key Responsibilities:** In this role, you will: + Deeply understand the market needs and competitive landscape, and how Dish's product offering is positioned + Set product priorities and time to market objectives, through engagement with business stakeholders, substantiated by market and business data + Deliver business case for new products and their evolutions, through deep engagement with cross functional teams, to build out the functionality needed across the wireless stack + Through ruthless prioritization, help define the Minimum Viable Product, and remove or overcome the obstacles to on-time success + Through the life cycle of the product, identify, articulate, and communicate opportunities for value proposition, differentiation, including validation of those through data collection and analytics **Skills, Experience and Requirements** As a successful Principal Enterprise Product Analyst, you will have: **Education and Experience:** + A degree in engineering, or an MBA, or equivalent practical experience + 10+ years of experience in product management or pricing approval with sales, in a wireless or internet services environment **Skills and Qualifications:** + A deep and proven understanding of the telecommunications industry, the US wireless market, including work experience at a network equipment or service provider + A solid understanding of the US wireless market, the wireless carrier perspective, as well as wireless device software, and wireless carrier back end systems + Strong foundation in product definition and validation methodologies, including financial modelling, pricing methodologies and tools, and market testing \#LI-CS6 **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
