Principal ERP Developer - Hybrid

This role is a hybrid position that will require occassional office time.  As a result, we are looking for candidates within our footprint states which are:  AK, WA, MT,  OR, CA, TX.

The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Life-cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support.  The products produced by the Principal Developer broadly apply to application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and business/technical automated workflows. Possesses a functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Finance, Human Resources, Payroll, and Supply Chain.  Works with an expert knowledge of IT architectures including cloud technologies, application technology, database, networking, and security.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services. Ten or more years: Experience as systems analyst developer including at least three years supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement); Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas Experience with Middleware technologies in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns and orchestration development. Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages. Hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud. Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree: Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field. Five years: Experience with supporting Oracle Cloud/e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain and/or Finance is highly desired.  Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development. Experience in customization of Redwood pages. Experience in API development and management.
