Northrop Grumman Corporation is seeking a Compliance and Ethics Investigator 3/4 supporting internal Ethics investigations enterprise-wide. The position reports to the Ethics Investigations Group within the Legal organization. The investigator is responsible for conducting extremely sensitive, complex, and often time-critical investigations with minimal disruption to the business. This individual must work well under pressure, have strong time management/organizational skills, conflict-management skills, exercise sound judgment, be able to clearly document and articulate investigative findings, and influence corrective actions and changes within the organization. The investigator will interface with multiple functions including but not limited to: Legal, Sector Ethics, Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Management, Program Management. Security, and Internal Audit. Experience in government/defense contracting and knowledge of FAR, DFAR, and mandatory disclosure is a plus.

Preferred job Locations: Palmdale, CA, Redondo Beach, CA, Melbourne, FL, Baltimore, MD, Chandler, AZ. A hybrid schedule will be considered.

This position may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications below.

Basic Qualifications Level 3:

-Bachelor's degree or 4 years related investigative experience in lieu of a degree

-6 years additional investigative experience

Basic Qualifications Level 4:

-Bachelor's degree or 4 years related investigative experience in lieu of a degree

-9 years additional investigative experience

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience in government/defense contracting

-Knowledge of FAR/DFAR/Mandatory Disclosure

Salary Range: $80,600.00 - $121,000.00Salary Range 2: $99,900.00 - $149,900.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
