Responsibilities:
Recognized for strong expertise of Navy Maintenance Operations, Execution and/or Navy Maintenance Information Systems and Processes. Utilizes functional area expertise gained through direct industry experience to assess the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components. Demonstrates experience in, Business Process Analysis and /or Business Information System acquisition, development, testing and implementation. Works with senior leadership and executives to provide industry vision and strategic direction with regard to their enterprise. Guides the determination of Maintenance Business Processes, Operations, Execution or Information Technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area's ability to support/meet organizational goals. Generates functional area strategies for enhanced Maintenance Operations and or Maintenance IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization and enterprise. Participate in strategy sessions, strategic assessments process and design reviews to validate new maintenance and logistics enterprise approaches and associated work products services and execution.
Education:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Qualifications:
At least fifteen (15) years of recent experience in a strategic capacity for Naval Maintenance Operations, Execution or IT Systems as a senior advisor and facilitator Additional experience in executive leadership and overall management to large complex technology and infrastructure projects and executive level and enterprise knowledge of Naval Maintenance, Overhaul and Repair Business Processes and/or Naval Maintenance IT solutions and their associated systems, requirements, processes and interfaces.
Clearance: Secret U.S. Citizenship required.
