Responsible for plant facility maintenance, including procedure establishing, quality and HSE requirement compliance, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, routine monitoring, deviation solution and prevention, to ensure its compliance with GMP and HSE requirement.

负责参与公司厂房设施相关的质量标准、工程标准的评估，以及工厂标准的维护更新，确保本工厂设施相关标准符合礼来全球相关标准及管理规范。

Responsible for assessment of company facilities about Quality Criterion & engineering Criterion, and update the plant’ SOPs, to ensure local facility related SOPs compliant with Lilly global standards and regulation codes.

负责所辖设施的预算编制，备件计划，系统验证，运用优良维护的方法，提高设施设备的可靠性，降低故障率，并建立良好的设施设备维护管理体系。

Responsible for charged system budget plan, spare parts plan, qualification, and use lean maintenance methodology to improve facility equipment reliability, reduce malfunction, and establish excellent maintenance process.

作为厂务负责人支持本地项目的设计、施工、调试和验收，确保系统满足法规以及礼来总部的要求。

As local SME of facilities, support local project ‘s design, construction, commissioning & acceptance inspection, to ensure systems meet the regulation and Lilly global requirement.

Responsible for assigned small project, including construction coordination, quality, and schedule control, ensue to compliance with regulation of local and corporation.

Ensure that all contractors and service providers receive the training of safety production and execute these requirements effectively in their work.

参与IFM服务工作表现的检查和反馈，包括虫害控制、清洁、废弃物管理等，确认这些活动符合公司GMP和HSE的要求。

Be responsible for current packaging facility management, including cleaning, landscape, pest control and contractor management etc.; ensure these activities are compliant with requirements of GMP and HSE.

Providing the support and coach to lower-level staff on technical field.

根据HSE和5S的要求参与和执行所分派的任务。

Participate and implement specific tasks regarding HSE and 5S activities.

Basic Requirements: Indicate qualifications that are job related, necessary for the performance of an essential function of this position including education/licenses/certifications, relevant experience, technical and/or other job-related skills (Operational skill, foreign language, computer etc.).

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with engineering background. More than 5 years engineering project or clean room facility design, construction, and maintenance related experience.

Experienced in pharmaceutical or electrical industrial and running clean room HVAC, electric and building management system.

具有较强的协调、分析、判断、沟通和解决问题的技能。

Strong coordination, analytical, judgement, communication, and problem-solving skill.

熟悉GMP洁净室公用系统或灌装工艺更佳。

Familiar with GMP clean utilities or sterile filling process is a plus.

良好的英文口语和写作技能。

Good Spoken English skill and written skill.

优良的人际技巧和沟通技能。

Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

主要辅导和监督各个区域执行安全规则，以符合要素执行的要求

Keep conformance with coaching and supervising the execution of safety requirement in area   team

有无菌制药厂工作经验优先

Sterile pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
