We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Principal Professional to join our dynamic Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. You'll hold a key role in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Partner with Marketing and Engineering teams to align financial strategies with business goals and drive cross-functional collaboration.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in FinanceExperience in the Semiconductor industryStrong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Experience in business partnering with cross-functional teams, particularly in Marketing and Engineering.Proven track record of driving financial performance and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.Experience with process improvement and automation initiatives.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-pressure setting.Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeExperience with ERP and financial software (Oracle, OneStream) a plus.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

114,810 - 172,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
