This position is seeking a motivated finance professional to join our Air & Space Defense Systems Portfolio as a Principal Financial Analyst (P3). In this role, you will be responsible for EAC development, assisting with financial planning and analysis and collaboration and relationship building with internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an excellent communicator with a strong desire to learn while being aggressively challenged. Competitive applicants must have the ability to think on their feet, take initiative and make decisions in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities and interact with various levels of management. This position will provide an opportunity to improve skills in financial planning, EVMS, estimates at complete and variance analysis and apply them to existing and future pursuits.
What You Will Do
Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs)Interfacing with Integrated Product Leadership Team (IPTs) and Control Account Managers (CAMs) to help support monthly cadence calendarSupport review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Profit and Cash to Financial PlanningSummary contract level inputs and updates to Long Range Plan (LRP) and 5-year sales objectivesContribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environmentQualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years’ experienceExperience with SAP, Rplan, PMX, or similar financial systems Experience with data analysis, reporting and/or process improvement Experience with EVMSQualifications We Prefer

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).
The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
