Principal Financial Analyst
Role & Responsibilities\:
Reporting to Worley Consulting Americas with a special focus on LatAm region. As an essential member of the team, you will\:
· Lead delivery of consulting studies for key customers across different sectors with a focus on mining (greenfields/brownfields/sustaining).
· Leverage experience from Worley Consulting global locations and SME (subject matter expert) network to delivery consulting projects in Latin America.
· Typical study work could include market analysis, multiple business cases scenarios modelling, financial and economic risks, support on trade off studies along different stages (Conceptual, PFS, FS, Bankable).
*About You\:
· Experience
o Experience in energy, resources (mining, oil & gas), or chemical industries.
o Project delivery in financial and economic assessment of investment projects.
o Knowledge and understanding of model inputs; reserve estimation, mining methods, CAPEX, OPEX, taxation/royalties, environmental considerations and permits, and price assumptions.
· Attributes
o Empathic about customer problems.
o Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
o Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
o Strong interest in developing people and leading changes.
· Qualifications
o Engineering, Economist, Finances, Accountant, MBA
o 15 years overall work experience
o Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
o Proficiency in Portuguese is highly valuable.
