The Financial Systems Analyst Principal serves as a financial system and process subject matter expert with a high level of understanding of General Ledger process, Chart of Accounts, Allocations, and Fixed Assets. This position will represent these areas of expertise with regard to financial system knowledge on a multi-year ERP implementation, as well as prioritized projects, process improvements, advanced research, root cause analysis, complex issue research, documentation, advanced communications, training, testing, ongoing system support, and report development.

Responsibilities

Lead team collaboration with multiple Finance teams which may include General Ledger process, Chart of Accounts, Ledger and SubLedger, Allocations, and Fixed Assets in the design planning, development, and deployment of new applications as well as enhancements to existing applicationsLead the functional analysis, design, and implementation of financial system enhancements and day-to-day supportLeverage finance applications to support and optimize business processesAccountable to review and analyzes existing financial processes to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvementResearch and determine root cause and collaborates with others to resolve complex finance and technical issues and internal customer inquiriesFacilitate testing for new or improved systems or processes including creation of a test plan, identifying test cases, and performing or leading User Acceptance and Joint Cycle TestingMay provide guidance, mentoring, and work direction to others on the teamOther duties as assigned

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required7 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting including:At least 3 years of functional experience in at least one of the specific areas for position (General Ledger, Chart of Accounts)At least 2 years of experience working in the PBM/Healthcare industryERP and/or EPM Experience (Preferably Oracle ERP Cloud)Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Expert interpersonal skills necessary to drive results and deliver on commitments in a collaborative fashionSkillful at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus buildingCapable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and VisioStrong analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

MBAExperience with cloud ERP solutionsBusiness analysis, project management, and/or process improvementFinance system implementation experienceRebate Accounting experience

Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.
