**Job Description**
The Financial Systems Principal acts as a subject matter expert in financial systems and processes, with deep expertise in Billing, Accounts Receivable, and other Order to Cash (O2C) processes. This role involves leveraging this expertise to provide financial system knowledge for billing system implementation, as well as managing prioritized projects, driving process improvements, conducting advanced research, performing root cause analysis, resolving complex issues, creating documentation, facilitating advanced communications, delivering training, conducting testing, providing ongoing system support, and developing reports.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Implement and configure Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) solutions to meet business requirements.
+ Lead team collaboration with multiple Finance teams which may include Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury in the design planning, development, and deployment of new applications as well as enhancements to existing applications.
+ Lead the functional analysis, design, and implementation of financial system enhancements and day-to-day support.
+ Leverage finance applications, including ORMB, to support and optimize business processes.
+ Accountable to review and analyze existing financial processes to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
+ Research and determine root cause and collaborate with others to resolve complex finance and technical issues and internal customer inquiries.
+ Facilitate testing for new or improved systems or processes including creation of a test plan, identifying test cases, and performing or leading User Acceptance and Joint Cycle Testing.
+ Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ORMB applications, including issue resolution and performance optimization.
+ Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and internal teams.
+ Stay updated with the latest ORMB features, enhancements, and industry best practices.
+ May provide guidance, mentoring, and work direction to others on the team.
+ Other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
+ 7 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting including:
+ At least 3 years of functional experience in at least one of the specific areas for position (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Treasury) and/or (General Ledger, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets)
+ At least 2 years of experience working in the PBM/Healthcare industry
+ ERP and/or EPM Experience (such as Oracle, SAP, Workday)
+ Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
**Additional Qualifications**
+ Expert interpersonal skills necessary to drive results and deliver on commitments in a collaborative fashion
+ Skillful at meeting facilitation, conflict management, and consensus building
+ Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and ability to work under pressure with strict timelines in a fast-paced work environment
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio
+ Strong analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ MBA
+ Experience with cloud ERP solutions
+ Business analysis, project management, and/or process improvement
+ Finance system implementation experience
+ Kyriba or other Treasury Management System (TMS) experience
+ Proven experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) implementation and support.
+ Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and other relevant programming languages.

**Reporting Structure**
+ Reports to Director in Financial Systems
Potential pay for this position ranges from $108,000.00 - $184,000.00 based on experience and skills.
