Principal Full Stack Engineer Boston, Massachusetts **Hybrid** Contract $170/hr - $210/hr Our client is an innovative FinTech startup transforming the Private Equity industry with cutting-edge technology. Our platform empowers investment professionals with real-time insights, seamless collaboration, and powerful automation tools to drive smarter decision-making. We are growing rapidly and looking for a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation financial technology solutions Responsibilities + Architect, design, and develop scalable end-to-end solutions for our platform, covering both frontend and backend. + Lead engineering efforts in designing robust, secure, and high-performance web applications. + Collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to build intuitive and data-driven user experiences. + Drive best practices in code quality, security, and performance optimization.Requirements + 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development. + Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js. + Strong backend development experience in Node.js, Python, or Ruby on Rails. + Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar).
