The Principal HR Reporting Partner will serve as a subject-matter expert of HCM reporting & analytics and will partner with assigned business function(s)/COE(s) to ensure that reporting requirements are documented, prioritized, and executed. Additionally, they will serve as a data steward partnering with the business to monitor and measure data quality.
Responsibilities:
Execute Global People Analytics & Reporting strategy specifically related to managing the relationships with assigned business function(s)/COE(s) to execute reporting & analytics solutions needed to achieve business goals
Establish regular meeting cadence to process and prioritize reporting & analytics requests, consult with key stakeholders to document requirements, and partner with all required teams to implement solutions that answer business questions
Partner with business function(s)/COE(s) to identify critical data and data quality measures. Identify and partner to resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting & analytics solutions.
Monitor and measure data quality for assigned function(s)/LOB(s); provide DQ scorecard updates to HR Data Council monthly.
Manage change requests/HR initiatives required for assigned business function(s)/COE(s) through the formal approval process
Create documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for various groups on HR data & analytics tools and processes
Support special global projects as assigned (e.g., global engagement survey)
Ensure the status of all requests and fulfillment of approved requests is tracked in an intuitive and transparent manner (e.g., within Jira or Dovetail)
Create project plans and provides level-of-effort estimates for project tasks
Ensure all data privacy and information security requirements are considered in the evaluation of all report requests. Determine when requests will need to be escalated for approval and facilitate the approval process. Continuously improve end-to-end reporting processes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree; Advanced Degree desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5-8 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
4+ years of experience with HCM reporting
2+ years of experience with Workday reporting
2+ years of Tableau or Power BI experience
Proficient with Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, lookups, etc.)
Experience gathering and evaluating business requirements
Experience developing comprehensive reporting solutions
Exposure to various HR related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, etc.)
SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) a plus
