You will be a key professional in the Health Safety Environment & Facilities (HSE&F) function. You will ensure successful HSE&F performance metrics for the Aerospace Technologies facilities. You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with the employees and leaders. You will report directly to the HSEF – Governance & Compliance Director Aerospace Technologies Headquarters. You will be a key HSE&F resource with for the site leadership and site HSE personnel in implementation of sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive continuous improvement in environmental and safety performanceOversee and manage regulatory compliance at the Headquarters level to include site level HSEF performance world-wideEnsure compliance through the implementation and execution of an internal HSEF governance processDeliver quality HSEF data analysis and reports resulting in actions to achieve HSEF goals/objectivesIdentify opportunities for improving HSEF governance and complianceAudit site operations for compliance to HSEF regulatory and Honeywell Aerospace Technologies policies and proceduresCoordinate with third party contractors and consultantsWork in conjunction with the Regional and Business HSE Directors to continually improve site level HSEF processesDevelopment and implementation of HSEF programs to include creating and delivery of trainingMentoring and supporting HSEF site personnel

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

5 or more years of HSEF experience in implementing and managing HSE program
