As part of the Risk Management department, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Principal to oversee one of Marsh's largest and most prestigious accounts. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the insurance and risk management landscape, coupled with a passion for delivering outstanding service to a high-profile client.

We will count on you to:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization.Utilize your technical knowledge to understand the client's needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.Ensure all client communications, reports, and documentation are accurate, comprehensive, and delivered in a timely manner.Lead and coordinate projects related to the client account, ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations and are completed on schedule.Work closely with senior management and our placement team to develop and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and drive account growth.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the client and internal teams.Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to the client.

What you need to have:

Valid Insurance Brokers license.Strong experience in risk management client accounts.Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

What makes you stand out:

8+ years of experience in insurance broking.Prior experience in complex client accounts.Exceptional communication skills.Tier 1 Compliant.
