As\nan IT Business Partner for Aerospace Technologies here at Honeywell, you will\nplay a crucial role in driving the IT strategy and solutions. You will\ncollaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs and\nalign IT initiatives with their goals.
Your\nexpertise in IT and strong business acumen will enable you to drive digital\ntransformation and deliver innovative solutions to support our supply chain\noperations.

You\nwill act as a key strategic partner in Supply Chain Planning team to implement\nstrategic solutions to support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Material\nPlanning, SIOP & proficient with strategies to implement Rate Based\nPlanning, Lights Out planning, Advanced planning process and systems in Supply\nChain.

You\nwill report to our IT Director based in an Aerospace Hub Location and will work\non a hybrid (3/2) work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the success of our business unit by:

Partnering with\n business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop IT\n strategies to support their goals.Driving digital\n transformation initiatives and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance\n operational efficiency.Collaborating\n with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions that meet\n business requirements.Ensuring IT\n system security and data integrity to protect sensitive information.Providing\n technical expertise and guidance to support business operations and drive\n continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with\n business leaders to understand their strategic goals, and identify\n opportunities for IT enablementBe a champion\n for the business, enabling them in their needs with innovative solutions\n while adhering to the IT Standards and practices.Provide\n technical expertise and guidance to support business operations and drive\n continuous improvement.Deliver\n innovative IT solutions that align with architecture, security, and other\n compliance standards to meet the business requirements.Facilitate\n escalations from Business customers for IT projects, Rapid Deliveries, or\n IT incident tickets.Work with\n business subject matter experts, IT delivery team to a flawless execution\n of the project.Track and\n report on IT project portfolio status and metrics to leadership.Ensure that the\n solutions delivered can be Scaled, Supported, and meet the Global Design\n Model Standards.Establish\n strong relationship with IT Service Owners, Service Category owners,\n Enterprise Architects & Enterprise Tower to ensure full alignment of\n the solutions proposed and deployed.Identify\n potential risks with platforms and tools partnering with service owners to\n define mitigations and solutions including remediation for tech debt.Develop and\n maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, Business\n customers, stakeholders, IT and suppliers.Responsible for\n timely communication with Business customers and functional leaders on\n status updates and ensuring ownership of deliverables.Lead Strategy,\n Roadmap and AOP activities.U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s\n degree in computer science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management,\n Business Management, or related field10+ years of\n experience in leadership roles, with a focus on business partnership and\n driving digital transformation.WE VALUEExperience in\n any of the Supply Chain Planning Systems like SAP APO, Kinaxis Rapid\n Response, Servigistics, Blue Yonder.Proven\n experience in leading and managing different planning strategies like Rate\n Based, Lights Out Planning initiatives.Strong\n understanding on SIOP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Material\n Planning.Familiarity\n with SAP or other ERP Systems or MES Systems.Strong business\n acumen and ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.Master’s degree\n in business administration or related field.Strong\n knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, and automation\n tools.Excellent\n project management skills with a track record of successful project\n delivery.Ability to\n analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.Proven track\n record of delivering innovative IT solutions.Strong\n leadership and communication skillsAdditional InformationJOB ID: HRD253084Category: Information TechnologyLocation: 1944 E Sky Harbor Circle,Phoenix,Arizona,85034,United StatesExemptDue to US export control laws, must be a US citizen, permanent resident or have protected status.Global (ALL)
