Principle IT Business Partner - Portfolio for Honeywell\nInternational, Inc. in Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities: 
Lead ESS IT Portfolio and Program\n Management, deploying best-practices and supporting the delivery of\n strategic programs across the business.
Work with Honeywell EIT PMO ensuring\n delivery performance of the Strategic IT Invest Portfolio.
Provide IT Project delivery support,\n and drive pro-active Risk Management activities.
Manage staff as assigned to projects,\n potential for other managerial duties.
Support SBU CIOS and IT teams to\n support project delivery efforts ensuring successful outcomes and benefits\n realization.
As an experienced program manager,\n directly lead strategic Honeywell Accelerator programs.

Location: Charlotte, NC
40 hours/week

YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree* or foreign\nequivalent in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, and 8 years of\nexperience in technology, finance or related field. Must have 6 years of\nexperience with the following: increasing responsibility in IT management and/or\ntechnology project and program management; applicable project and program\nmanagement experience in a technology environment; and experience delivering IT\nwithin an Agile environment. Must have 5 years of experience with the\nfollowing: reporting skills with various complex tools across the IT landscape;\nTableau, PowerBI, and others; Adept spreadsheet and MSOffice productivity tools\nexpertise, demonstration of emerging skills. Must have 4 years of experience\nwith the following: demonstrated familiarity and practical application of\nOrganization Change Management methodologies. Must have 3 years of experience\nwith the following: experience in leading technology, multidisciplinary efforts\nacross a complex, matrix organization. ITIL Certification and familiarity with\nother IT Management standard methodologies.
