The SAP RTR Functional Consultant is responsible to provide leadership, analyze business requirements, design, implement and deploy SAP FI/CO solutions to achieve defined business goals. Must work with SAP Global team to understand the requirements, follow the standards and governance to deliver SAP Projects in a timely manner. Must be self-sufficient to adopt new Enterprise SAP platforms.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Serve as a Global IT SME on Viatris RTR processes as enabled in the SAP template and lead process analysis and redesign, gap analysis, and change management exercises in support of the global and regional harmonization.
Provide guidance to local and regional project teams to translate business requirements into configuration design and perform configuration for RTR Processes and integration with external partners and other modules in the SAP system landscape.
Serve as a lead for solution design and delivery of SAP Enterprise Central Component (“ECC”) and serve as the primary expert on all details regarding Record to Report processes and business requirements.
Engage with stakeholders in understanding business requirements, current system landscape and propose new solutions and applications that provide enhanced value from the Organization's perspective.
Lead Global SAP COE team to formulate solutions for global processes and serve as an escalation point for regional production support or project issues.
Review, approve, and execute proposed configuration changes to SAP RTR processes for global systems and recommend and prepare documentation on best practices, business procedures, reporting, SAP configuration and master data maintenance.
Lead the analysis and solution of complex system problems for SAP RTR and Integration processes and follow change control procedures, including the creation and ownership of business requirements, functional specifications, and testing. Identify areas of continuous improvement to reduce overall support requirements.
Lead team of people to review ERP enhancements and provide input/guidance thereby design best practices and leverage Global Usage of IT enhancements.
Design/Architect SAP ECC Interfaces with partner systems using flat file, EDI, ALE, IDOC, XML technology. Get partner system and middleware systems (like SAP PI/PO) system requirement to provide an optimal data exchange among the systems for smooth business transaction.
Skilled at working with SAP ECC 6.0 Finance & Controlling modules including FI-GL(New)/AP/AR/BL/AA, CO-OM/PC/PA, EC-PCA, IM, and PS.
Skilled at working with processes in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, Indirect Tax, Asset Accounting, Bank integrations, Overhead Accounting, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, interaction with multinational clients and team.
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
9 years of SAP RTR Implementation experience required.
5 years of SAP Implementation - Cross-functional experience preferred.
2 years of SAP Full-cycle Implementations required.
SAP FI/CO Certification preferred.
However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $193,000.
