**Job Overview:**
The position will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (JDE E1) Financials, encompassing implementation, customization, support, and ongoing improvement of finance modules. This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise, JDE technical knowledge, and consulting skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects and support of JDE E1
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities:**
+ Implementation & Support: Leading implementation, upgrade, and support of JDE E1 Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Projects and Account Management.
+ Business Analysis & Solutioning: Gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping them to JDE E1 functionalities, and preparing functional specifications and design documents. Configuring and customizing JDE Financial modules and developing functional specifications. Providing JD Edwards solutions.
+ Testing & Quality Assurance: Leading integration testing, including developing test plans and cases, and documenting results. Conducting functional testing, SIT, and UAT. Identifying and resolving defects.
+ Collaboration & Communication: Coordinating with technical teams for custom objects and integrations. Providing user documentation and training materials. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining internal customer relationships.
+ Process Improvement & Compliance: Identifying and implementing process improvements. Ensuring compliance with audit, SOX, and internal controls. Supporting month-end/year-end close processes and staying updated on JDE Finance developments.
+ Mentoring & Leadership: Supervising and mentoring junior team members. Providing leadership and driving process changes.

Liaise With: Corporate Finance / Treasury / Audit / FP&A / Consolidation / FSS & Tax
**Essential Qualifications and Education:**
+ Minimum of 10 years of JDE Functional Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting degree preferred. Relevant Oracle/ JDE certificates preferred..
+ Experience: 8-10 years of hands-on experience with JDE E1 Financial modules, including 2-3 full-cycle implementations. Expertise in JDE Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, and Job Costing. Experience with JDE CNC modules and interoperability tables/UBE processes.
+ Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of JDE 9.2 or above, understanding of JDE functional architecture, proficiency in JDE reporting tools, experience with JDE Orchestrator (desired), and basic SQL skills (added advantage).
+ Functional Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes. Familiarity with multi-currency and global finance operations. Ability to gather requirements and map them to JDE E1 functionalities. Experience in Financial Reporting & Analytics.
+ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with high initiative and attention to detail.
+ Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. CA/CPA/MBA Finance or JDE Financials Certification (plus)
+ Demonstrated cross-functional leadership ability
+ Is able to prioritize and balance multiple priorities
+ Demonstrates flexibility regarding change of assignments- focus- priorities and needs
+ Strong understanding of chart of accounts and financial transaction flows, preferably in a EPCI industry.
