Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (AS) sector is looking for a Principal Organizational Development Representative to join the AS Human Resources Organization Effectiveness (OE) team. If you are passionate about developing people to reach their maximum potential, we want to talk to you! This position will be based in Melbourne, FL. This position will report to the Leadership & Talent Development Manager. The Principal Organizational Development Representative will leverage their facilitation, learning design, and consulting expertise to increase the effectiveness of current leadership development solutions and will play a lead role in the design and execution of customized organizational effectiveness solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Support the delivery and facilitation of leadership programs to include: Live in-person and virtual presentations, team development, individual and group coaching, and leadership forumsCo-lead the design and delivery of programs and learning experiences focused on building competence across the broader Aeronautics Systems HR teams.Support the development and design of learning content, and measure the effectiveness of leadership development programsDevelop presentations, visual aids, communications, program status dashboards (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Adobe) applying creativity and graphic skills in support of preparation and execution of leadership development content and programsStay abreast of leadership development trends, theories, thought leaders, and techniques; Demonstrate the ability to integrate concepts and emerging best practices into new and existing programs or other learning solutionsIdentify and implement strategies to leverage technology to achieve more engaging, effective, and scalable learning experiencesCollaborate with Organizational Effectiveness team, HR business partners, and sector leadership to create instructional resources and course materials for employee development programs, as needed

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience in learning design and delivery, leadership development, talent development or HR fieldStrong facilitation skills and demonstrated experience training professionals up to senior management level in both live in-person and live-virtual environmentsExperience in the development of virtual, classroom, and blended learning experiences, adult learning methodologies, and leadership development principlesExperience working with clients/stakeholders to analyze existing practices, recommend improvements and facilitate change initiativesDemonstrated experience with content management, and the evaluation of learning programsDemonstrated ability and proven experience communicating and presenting to all levels of management including senior executivesPossess exceptional problem-solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detailProficiency using MS Office ProductsAbility to travel 25% of the timeAbility to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need

Preferred Qualifications:

Related experience in a large, complex, professional environmentCertified in one or more assessment tools common to team and leadership development (DISC, MBTI, StrengthsFinder, Hogan)Experience coaching teams and senior level leaders Advanced proficiency and experience in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), Adobe Pro, and web-based collaborative platform (e.g., SharePoint)Experience leading the design, development, and deployment of learning programs in a corporate learning/training organization utilizing multiple delivery modalitiesPrior experience as a formal people leader, HR business partner, or other HR COE rolesExperience in aerospace and defense and/or manufacturing industry

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
