This individual is responsible for a range of training activities designed to achieve a thorough understanding of Paycor products, procedures, and best culture. The person in this role will focus on training clients with a focus on client retention and satisfaction, ensuring successful new starts for clients and driving overall client adoption. This individual also partners with Sales and CS stakeholders to manage evolving client needs and ensure that training request are being addressed.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Ownership of Onsite Custom Trainings; review requests for clarification of training needs. Coordinate scheduling Custom Training requests and assign trainings to Learning Consultants; partner with Sales and CS in communicating fees and availability. Coordinate scheduling for Webinars, Virtual, Classroom Trainings with Learning Consultants and Manager, Client Training. Work with business leaders to identify advanced gaps in Learning for Premier Clients; build content to address these gaps and facilitate/deliver in most effective and efficient way Partner with Sales and Implementation for Premier Clients in support of communication, enablement, education, reporting and accountability Train clients on Paycor systems and procedures; provide instruction via classroom delivery or webinar Assess learner skill and knowledge needs, provide feedback and offer suggestions for improvement and support resources Assess the effectiveness of training programs and determine the need for adjustment Contribute to development of Learning initiatives; working with various stakeholders to gather requirements, collaborating with team to produce effective curriculum, and manage projects as needed in order to ensure program readiness by determined deadlines Perform assigned responsibilities relating to Learning scorecard, including attendance reporting, assessments, evaluations and survey responses Coordinate Year End training needs with the CS Year End Team Maintain Demo Dashboard for Client Learning; act as liaison for team with Demo Support. Manage migration execution for client upgrade services     Requirements   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   Four-year degree or equivalent experience. 8+ years experience Learning & Development required. Knowledge of Payroll, HR, Time Policy, Procedures and Systems required. Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with remote learners. Demonstrated leadership presence and ability to cultivate advanced professionals through coaching, facilitation, and mentorship. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $ 85540.00- $ 146040.00. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
