**Role Summary**
The Principal Loyalty Initiatives Manager iis the sole subject matter expert in the execution and management of initiatives aimed at enhancing Alaska Air Group loyalty programs. As an individual contributor, this role leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
**Key Duties**
+ As the lead subject matter expert, advance Alaska’s loyalty strategy through execution of initiatives that drive revenue, increase engagement, and provide a seamless guest experience.
+ Lead and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
+ Drive development and delivery of leader and working team briefings in a manner that builds trust and drives strategic alignment.
+ Collaborate closely with IT, marketing, customer service, and external vendors to implement digital solutions.
+ Manage budgets for digital projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial targets.
+ Ensure all digital initiatives comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
+ Networks and builds relationships with key individuals internally and externally with a focus on operating at all levels of the organization.
+ Facilitate stakeholder feedback and synthesize to develop recommendations.
+ Create and communicate new processes and procedures and develop go forward plans.
+ Coordinate with team to resolve issues within required timeframe.
+ Apply knowledge of the airline industry or related field and work with stakeholders to develop solutions to roadblocks.
**Job-Specific Experience, Education & Skills**
**Required**
+ 7 years of experience in project or product management within loyalty, marketing, strategy, finance, business development or related area.
+ Bachelor’s degree, or an additional two years of relevant training/experience in lieu of this degree.
+ Strong communication skills (e.g., verbal, written, and listening) with an ability to communicate clearly and concisely to both internal and external constituencies.
+ Detail oriented and highly organized, with ability to multi-task and work independently.
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required.
+ Minimum age of 18.
+ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
**Preferred**
+ Airline industry experience.
+ Experience developing strategic plans.
+ Robust knowledge of loyalty programs, cobrand credit cards and/or partnership structures.
+ Passion for loyalty programs, aviation, guest experience and platform development.
+ Experience using Excel, Alteryx and/or Tableau.

**Salary Range**
$117,500 - $176,300 / year
**Salary Details**
Pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other Alaska/Horizon employees. Alaska/Horizon is committed to fair, unbiased compensation along with competitive benefits in all locations in which we operate.
**Note:** We don’t typically hire at the top of the range.
