Principal - Management Consulting
**Education/Experience:** + A Principal Consultant must have a bachelor's degree in an appropriate technical, business, or management discipline. An advanced degree is preferred. + Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a related field. + Minimum of 5 years Management Consulting experience with a leading firm. + Works with minimal direction toward predetermined long-range goals. + Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. + Determines and pursues courses of action essential in obtaining desired results. + Takes calculated risks. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** + Self-motivated around Data and Analytics solutions + Ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse points of view + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills + Background in Big Data analytics and technologies preferable + Background in Cloud (private/public/hybrid) and application migration a plus **What makes this team different?** + You're not working behind the scenes.
