Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvements and redesign initiatives aligned with our business strategy. Manage data-driven safety and sustainability projects. Shape governance and risk frameworks within our Maritime function. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery. About You:
Strong project management and change leadership experience. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong background in consulting with exposure to projects related to mining, oil and gas, shipping, maritime, or related fields. Passion for driving safety and sustainability in the maritime sector.  
Basic Salary Range: SGD 180,000 - SGD 240,000 per annum
