In this role you will get to provides the needed advice and guidance in term of domestic and international annual marking plan and campaign for the Business Development Department as needed, through different type of communications and liaisons with various companies and vendors. Reports to the Director of Business Development Department, supports the Department in daily operations & investment for the City of Yanbu, interfaces With RC Management and different Departments, vendors team members. Receives administrative and technical direction in terms of marketing objectives **What You'll Be Doing:** + Preparation and implementation of the annual marketing plan. + Design, prepare and implement online and print marketing materials (brochures presentations roll ups etc.). + Plan, Develop and coordinate strategic and creative (print and online) advertisement campaigns in line with Royal Commission objectives. + Manage and supervise Royal Commission marketing activities. + Coordinate marketing activities with various stakeholders (e.g.: headquarters, other Royal Commission Cities Ministry of energy, and others). + Track, monitor and manage marketing budgets. + Manage Royal Commission participation to local or international events and coordinate with organizers. + Contribute to enhance social media content. + Work collaboratively with external agencies and assist them to organize internal events or forums. + Support continuous improvement of the Royal Commission by implementing regular online surveys. + Execute online surveys and recommend action plans to address concerns. + Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications. + Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for investment opportunities marketing. + Contribute to Saudi skills development by monitoring and training in the latest marketing techniques, software and behavior. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from a recognized western university. + Minimum of 10 years of related experience. + Strong knowledge of marketing, exhibitions and negotiation experience. + Knowledge of marketing strategies and types of investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Excellent communications skills both verbal and written. + Experience setting conference and exhibitions. + Familiar With KSA markets. + Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. + Relevant computer proficiency, experience in using Microsoft Office tools and I or any relevant software.
