OverviewSummary
The Microsoft Principal Consultant role is responsible for providing leadership in enterprise consulting services in an outcome-driven solutions model. The Microsoft Principal Consultant leads solution architecture and implementation for software and cloud services within one or more of the key Microsoft solution pillars: Voice & Collaboration, Identity & Security, O365 & Infrastructure, SharePoint & Development, and Azure. The position is expected to lead multiple, simultaneous client projects in conjunction with project management, act as the technical lead for project delivery teams, as well as providing thought leadership on the latest technology developments in their area of expertise. The Principal Microsoft Consultant can act as a trusted advisor to technical or C-level stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions

Pay Range
$140,000 - $180,000
Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set, and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
