JOB SUMMARY:
\n\nThe Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Pre-Sales Solution Architect plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales, delivery, and the client, ensuring that the solutions proposed are both feasible and valuable. The Architect interacts with the sales and delivery teams to estimate, scope and architect the solutions for clients and prospective clients. They require a high level of functional and potentially technical expertise in their area of expertise. They are responsible for overseeing and guiding the architectural aspects of mid to large size projects as well as providing input into sales strategy and execution pre-sale. They develop models that illustrate how a product/solution provides value to customers and they will scope, estimate and propose on the solution(s) they develop, and further assist the delivery team in detailed definition and design during implementation. Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES:
\n\n\n\tLead HCM Project solution design through implementations, overseeing critical milestones \n\tComplete RFP responses\n\tComplete Proposals\n\tWork with the sales team to drive sales cycles to completion\n\tNetwork and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients, Oracle Solution Engineers, and the Oracle Cloud community\n\tAdvocate for process improvements to clients existing business processes. Lead strategic business process transformation sessions and conversations to identify opportunities for improvement related to people, process, and/or technology \n\tLead design meetings with clients to identify their business process requirements and technical needs to determine proper solution for implementation\n\tArchitect the overall proposed solution and implementation strategy \n\tPerform quality control on estimates and Statements of Work related to scope, project drivers, assumptions, complimentary and competing initiatives, and critical path items\n\tParticipate in defining and delivering project proposals and estimates, statements of work and implementation strategies.\n\tCommunicate product information and provide guidance to clients and coworkers on issues, tools and techniques, enhancements, changes in processes and related information\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\n\n\n\tBS degree, 10+ yrs pf experience\n\tStrong history in Oracle Cloud HCM solution design and delivery\n\tStrategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute long-term presales strategies to drive business growth. Support sales as an HCM Subject Matter Expert\n\tSolution Innovation: Proactively identify new solutions and technologies that can benefit clients and the company.\n\tHigh-Value Client Management: Manage and build relationships with key, high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met and they remain satisfied with the company's solutions.\n\tTechnical Architect: skills around client discovery, solutioning, analysis, meeting facilitation, white boarding and strong communication and presentation skills.\n\tProduct Demonstration: Proficiency in demonstrating product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.\n\tComplex Solutions: Proficiency in designing and presenting complex, multi-product solutions.\n\tCommunication: Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.\n\tNegotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals with high-value clients.\n
