Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: 

Leadership & Management

Help to mentor a high-performing team of packaging professionals alongside the Packaging Manager. Define and implement a long-term vision for packaging development across all Corsair brands. Foster a collaborative, creative, and execution-focused culture within the packaging team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with artwork and creative teams from each brand to ensure packaging is visually compelling and brand-consistent. Partner with product and marketing teams during early-stage development to ensure packaging requirements are integrated into product lifecycles. Align packaging strategies across different business units to ensure consistency and cost-efficiency.

Strategy & Standardization

Develop and enforce standardized packaging guidelines and ground rules to be used across all brands and business units.

Essentials and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in packaging development. Proven experience working with multiple brands or business units, ideally in consumer electronics or similar industries. Strong portfolio demonstrating sustainable packaging innovations and experience with global supplier networks. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style. Fluent in Mandarin with strong English proficiency. Willingness to travel as required (approx. 5–10%).
