Key Responsibilities:

Lead, define and develop performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using Java-based testing frameworks. Execute performance tests, analyze test results, and identify performance bottlenecks and issues. Work closely with development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues. Analyze and troubleshoot complex performance issues, providing in-depth technical insights and recommendations to improve application response times. Develop and maintain automated performance test suites. Support other colleagues using our test framework though community support and contributing to documentation. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, performance excellence, and engineering best practices across the team.  Monitor and analyze application performance in pre-production and production environments to identify areas for improvement. Generate comprehensive performance test reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Provide technical leadership in performance test planning, execution, and analysis, ensuring that performance considerations are embedded in all stages of the SDLC. Continuously enhance and optimize performance testing processes and tools. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in performance testing and Java development.
