The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Enterprise Services Procurement team is seeking a strong Procurement Professional to manage medium and high complexity external procurements in support of internal and customer requirements.
The successful candidate will procure non-production goods and services (including architectural & engineering, design, and construction) in support of Raytheon, ES and Corporate. The ideal candidate will have experience with non-product procurement, sourcing and execution. This includes terms and conditions negotiations, supplier management, price analysis, proposal support and compliance aspects of supply chain management. Additionally, the candidate will have experience influencing suppliers and their performance while servicing business customers to a very high level of service excellence.

Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of minimum experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience in the following:DoD procurement experience and knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) – ability to place Purchase Orders over TINA dollar thresholdSAP procurement software tools, such as PRISM and APEX, purchase order management including documentation, comprehend price analyses, source selection/justification along with solid supplier negotiation experience (price, schedules and terms & conditions)Coordination with commodity leads/managers and external suppliers to manage requirements and bring issues to resolutionU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirementsQualifications We Prefer
Ability to handle multiple decisions based on workload dispersion and customer priorities along with solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and suppliers Working knowledge of Raytheon’s various supply chain systems and the SAP PRISM purchasing toolAbility to multi-task and perform in a dynamic, fast paced, changing environment and ability to quickly assimilate new information, processes and toolsStrong working knowledge of negotiating terms and conditions, with the ability to coach and develop employees’ ability to negotiate terms and conditions independently. Strong leadership skills – influence, presence, ability to interface internally and with suppliersAbility to develop peer relationships with senior executives, cross functional teams, customers, and program manager along with the ability to effectively interface with senior management on major matters pertaining to its policies, plans, and objectivesWhat We Offer

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
