As a Principal Product Manager for #Copilot Business Chat, you will drive the creation of AI-powered experiences that leverage enterprise data to help users find information, generate content, and unlock their productivity. This role is based in Mexico, offering the flexibility to work remotely within Mexico or from our Mexico City office, with opportunities to collaborate globally. We uphold our values of respect, integrity, and accountability, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. **Responsibilities** + Drive the creation of enterprise-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, quality, and ethical AI practices across all phases of development. + Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in generative AI and information retrieval to enhance Copilot’s capabilities. + Lead cross-discipline teams, including engineering, data/AI scientists, and designers, to build new AI capabilities from conception through defining requirements, development, evaluation, and launch. + Define the roadmap for the feature areas you lead, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with Engineering to make informed tradeoffs. + Establish product success metrics using advanced AI measurement techniques and conduct experiments to drive metric improvements. + Synthesize customer feedback from qualitative and quantitative sources to guide product investments and continuously enhance the Copilot experience. + Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practicesfor AI safety, security, and privacy. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, data science or AI/ML. + OR equivalent experience. **Other Requirements:** Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: + **Microsoft Cloud Background Check:** This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Master's degree in technology or business. + Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies (including LLM, RAG, Semantic Search), trends, and opportunities. + Experience managing large-scale AI projects, including data labeling, evaluation techniques, and deploying AI/ML-driven products to production. + Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and data science teams to understand technical constraints and opportunities. + Track record of shipping successful products, preferably involving AI/ML components. + Experience with AI product metrics, KPIs, and performance evaluation. \#M365CORE \#Copilot Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
