This role can be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco, Bellevue, or New York.

The LinkedIn Notifications team is focused on crafting personalized, timely, and relevant notifications that keep users connected and engaged with their network, job opportunities, and professional content. As a Principal Product Manager for Notifications AI, you will be at the forefront of driving user engagement across the LinkedIn ecosystem by developing cutting edge AI notification systems. In addition to working with the Notifications AI, infra, and cross-functional teams, you’ll partner closely with the Jobs, Content, and Networking teams to drive impact across the company.

**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders including AI and infrastructure engineering, data science, design, and business operations.
+ Use quantitative and qualitative data to identify user needs and prioritize features to build.
+ Analyze A/B test results to understand how our experiments are impacting our users and decide which experiments to pursue further.
+ Communicate complex AI/ML initiatives and results to a broader audience, including technical and non-technical audiences.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
+ 8+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ 10+ years of product management experience
+ MS degree in a technology-related field
+ Experience leading teams of AI / ML engineers
+ Experience working on consumer products, notifications, and/or consumer growth teams
+ Ability to build deep partnerships with other teams
+ Proficient in data analysis and A/B testing

_The pay range for this role is $180,000 to $290,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. _
