Principal Product Manager, Social Integrations

As the Principal Product Manager for our Social Networks and Ecosystem Integrations, you will be responsible for some of the most critical parts of our business, helping us to solve for our customers’ “last mile” integrations both with external networks, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, as well as enterprise systems such as Salesforce and Slack. Your expertise and insight will help Hearsay (A Yext Company) provide a complete social selling and customer engagement solution to the top companies in the financial services sector, ensuring that they, in turn, can deliver market-leading experiences to their clients and prospects. This role will involve working with third parties, Hearsay / Yext customers and people across our organization.

If this sounds intriguing to you, then read on and apply!About the role:Manage our integrations with Social Networks and Ecosystem Partners. This is the foundation for how Hearsay Social creates and manages new integrations with LinkedIn, Facebook and others, as well as provides connectors to critical business systems like Salesforce and others.Be responsible for understanding these integrations to ensure we remain on top of API changes and updates, working jointly with our partners and our product management colleagues to enable new features and product enhancements.Work cross-functionally with other Product Managers and their scrum teams to create product requirements and manage these requirements from ideation to roadmap to launch.Ensure that the Social Integrations product team is aligned on product value, vision, strategy, priorities and success criteria.Partner with Go To Market, Operations, Legal and Finance teams to drive cross-functional outcomes.Work closely with customers, customer support, professional services, and sales to deliver features that are finely tuned to drive customer business value.Work with third-party networks like LinkedIn, Meta and X (formerly Twitter) and others to ensure our network API integrations are consistently up-to-date and that Hearsay is maximizing functionality.Develop and maintain relationships with third-party partners for strategic integrations with Salesforce, Slack and other core systems that our customers use to integrate them with Hearsay to maximize efficiencies for Hearsay and its customer base.Own the product metrics for your product, and work with the Data team to develop and monitor these key metrics to determine product health, usage and impact on our end users.Understand current and future market opportunities to ensure we’re building the right things, now and over the long haul.Work to develop a proactive point of view on Social Network changes and work in collaboration with our Go To Market teams to position Hearsay’s social selling expertise and make timely recommendations on changes and enhancements.Manage and collaborate with a small team of technical analysts and technical writers to maintain and further enhance a rich collection of API documentation.As the owner of platform components that enable Hearsay’s capabilities across several areas, work cross-functionally with Product Managers in the areas of Data & Analytics, Compliance, and Mobile to identify dependencies and define requirements.About you:Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably as a technical product manager.Experience working strategically with third-party API integrations, preferably with popular social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta) and large-scale CRM systems such as Salesforce.  Please, highlight these experiences in your CV or add an additional document to your application.Demonstrated experience in bringing software to market, managing multiple projects and feature sets from inception to delivery.Experience in product lifecycle management, including working in an Agile environment, inclusive of collaboration with Engineering, Design and other Product ManagersAbility to identify and define problems to be solved, the value of solving them and outcomes your product helps drive on behalf of our customers.Comfortable with technical terminologies and working with engineering teamsSuccessful experience interfacing with Go-To-Market teams to refine problems to be solved, requirements and value.Passion and work history in financial services preferred but not requiredDemonstrate strategic thinking and strong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work across multiple time zones, including the United States.In the case of non-EU citizens, You should have a Permanent Residence Card or Residence Card for Third-country National Family Member of EEA National, as we cannot support the visa process.
