As the Principal Product Manager of Strategic Mid-Market Growth, you’ll be part of a global team that is focused on disrupting the small business mid-market. You will lead a portfolio mandate across various premium offerings and capabilities, focused on identifying opportunities, building roadmaps and influencing key internal and external stakeholders . You’ll do this by working cross-functionally across teams of Data Scientists, Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers and Designers to define and deliver on key strategic goals focused on product-market-fit and solving complex problems for the small business mid-market segment.
What you'll bring
+ 10 or more years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role, preferably for a SaaS based financial management software company.
+ Comfortable and experienced working as part of a team that is geographically dispersed around the world.
+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional GTM teams and influencing leadership on strategic direction
+ Demonstrated experience leading, building and owning an end-to-end AI-powered product for consumer or enterprise offerings.
+ Experience of leading the planning and execution of a successful technical product roadmap.
+ Demonstrated experience of applying analytical thinking to inform prioritization.
+ Demonstrable experience of delivering successful customer-driven AI products designed to create a great customer experience.
+ Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
+ Proven experience of leading cross-functional teams that together launched web or mobile software product offerings that were on-time and on-budget.
+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.

How you will lead
+ Lead the process of understanding and managing the needs of different Mid Market customers across the QuickBooks platform.
+ Drive research and tests to deeply understand Mid Market customer problems and their top jobs-to-be-done.
+ Create and track key metrics to measure how well our capabilities meet market needs, based on partner input and competition.
+ Oversee the validation of key product plans for mid-market customers and ensure features meet technical and compliance requirements.
+ Coordinate and prioritize needs across different teams throughout the Intuit Mid Market ecosystem.
+ Work across product teams such as Financial Management, Payments, Bill Pay, Payroll and Time to deliver top-tier enterprise solutions
+ Support the marketing and sales teams in developing the value proposition and benefits of our mid-market products.
+ Build and maintain relationships with key external sales partners to guide product strategy.
+ Collaborate with leaders from different departments to improve how we build and sell to the enterprise market
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $195,000 - $264,000, Colorado $169,000 - $229,000, Bay Area California $195,000 - 264,000, Southern California $188,500 - 254,500, Washington $177,500 - $240,500, Washington D.C. $182,000 - $246,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits) (https://www.intuit.com/careers/benefits/full-time-employees/) . Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
