Position Overview
We are developing security solutions specifically designed to protect AI workloads and applications. These solutions focus on innovations in request and response path security, synthetic data creation, data protection, and addressing scalability and low latency needs. Our aim is to empower customers to utilize data from A10 devices to meet their SLAs and KPIs.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will be a key player in a cross-functional start-up team, driving the productization of new capabilities within A10’s control plane solutions, security, and proxy products, while promoting these innovations to early adopters in the enterprise and service provider sectors.

Responsibilities

Acquire and maintain expertise in securing GenAI applications and LLMs using established frameworks like NISTCollaborate with customers and sales teams to define pain points and desired solutions, creating a clear product visionTarget new AI teams focused on security within large enterprises and service providersAnalyze industry trends and competitor strategies to develop innovative and differentiated solutionsCreate organic and inorganic product roadmaps with a 6- to 12-month outlookIdentify and operationalize partnerships with third-party companiesWork with go-to-market (GTM) teams to promote solutions, participate in Executive Briefings, and engage with customers both remotely and in person

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (preferably with a focus on AI) and at least 5 years of experience in product development, architecture, or management in GenAI technologies; a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science is preferredExperience with generative AI technologies, cloud-based LLM services, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and inference technologiesStrong understanding of networking and control plane solutions, with a focus on securityProduct experience in development or solutions integration for enterprise hardware and/or software solutionsFamiliarity with business partnerships, including strategic and operational aspectsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to diverse audiencesExperience in startup environments that demand speed and innovation

Bonus Qualifications

Compensation: Up to $220K USD
