We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Principal Product Manager** to join our Ranking team.

**Responsibilities**
+ Develop end to end product strategy and solutions for the next generation feed models and experiences using state of the art Generative AI
+ Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, user journeys, prototypes and technical specifications.
+ Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in research, data science, product design, and engineering.
+ Design metrics and track experimentation results to iterate and fine-tune models, ensuring continuous improvement and impact on key business metrics.
+ Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ 3+ years of Product Management or related industry experience in one of the following areas: Machine Learning based personalization, ranking or recommendation services in Search, Feed, Ads or related areas.
**Additional or Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
+ OR equivalent experience.
+ Experience building and shipping ranking and recommendation products.
+ Experience with with Generative AI applications.
+ Experience building and finding product market fit for 0 --> 1 products
+ Hands on data analysis experience
+ Experience with interpreting A/B tests, knowledge of statistical methods to evaluate performance.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
