If you have worked as a feature PM on an enterprise tools team – you will be a great fit for this role. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day. **Responsibilities** Microsoft Security Response Center is looking for a technical product manager to drive the design, execution, and delivery of its next generation of our core infrastructure that forms the foundation of our operations. Your responsibilities will include Deeply understand the personas and their needs to effectively run MSRC operations Deeply understand the core case workflow and the different outcomes Deeply understand the architecture of the current system and the other solutions that depend on it Defining the core requirements, strategy and tenets for a new case management system Driving execution and delivering on new case management and migration of workflows from the old to the new system. **Other : Embody our Culture (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/about/corporate-values) and Values (https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/culture)** **Qualifications** **Required qualifications** Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. **Preferred qualifications** Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
