As a key member of the team, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of Copilot features, ensuring they deliver exceptional value to our customers.  **Responsibilities** As a Principal Product Manager for AI products, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new opportunities within Copilot Consumer team. This position blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, requiring you to wear multiple hats and collaborate effectively across various teams. + **Innovate and Strategize** : Identify new opportunities in the Copilot & Phone space, leveraging your strategic thinking to shape the future of our products. + **Collaborative Development** : Work closely with researchers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to envision and build detailed, customer-focused Copilot and Mobile experiences. + **Partnership Management** : Collaborate with internal and external partner teams, including OEMs, to bring your ideas to life. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution. + **Customer Connection** : Foster deep connections with our customers, gaining insights that drive product innovation and improvement. + **AI Industry Insight** : Deepen your expertise in AI products and industries by working on the world's leading LLM product, Copilot. If you are excited about shaping the future of AI and mobile technology, we look forward to hearing from you. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/Data Mining/Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. + 8+ years of experience in product management, specifically in delivering end-user facing products and services. + Proven skills in user research, design, and data analysis + Demonstrated understanding of AI industry, products, and technologies. **Preferred** + Rich experience working on iOS / Android mobile apps and web experiences. + A track record of delivering user value and business impact. + Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. + Experience leading Agile software development practices. + Passionate about defining and analyzing data and feature experiments. + Strong customer focus and genuine passion for design. + Excellent written, verbal presentation, and communication skills. + Ability to travel as needed (5-25% or more).
