As a Product Manager for the Health Data Platform at HDI, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how healthcare leverages data to drive meaningful insights and better outcomes for patients. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of cross-cutting platform products that unify data and document management services, enabling intelligence and innovation across the healthcare industry. Your work will directly impact patients in diverse settings by making healthcare data actionable and accessible. 

 

Your mission:    

Customer-Centric Innovation: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and translate these into a product roadmap that delivers exceptional value. Industry Leadership: Stay ahead of trends and advancements in healthcare data management to ensure HDI remains the go-to platform for impactful solutions. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with internal product leaders to capture medical coding requirements and align them with the overall strategy, ensuring a cohesive and unified platform. Agile Execution: Lead product development in an Agile environment, writing epics, prioritizing features, and managing the backlog to deliver impactful releases. Delivery Excellence: Work closely with Program Management to oversee product release cycles, from definition through delivery. Platform Scale: Identify patterns in the problems serviced across the HDI stack and develop products that scale value delivery across the portfolio
