Job Description:In this role you will work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for insurance technology. As a member of the product strategy team for Oracle Financial Services solutions, you will contribute to the definition of product specifications and strategy to enable complete insurance coverage around Life and Annuity as well Property & Casualty insurance domain
This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both the technical and market aspects of software platforms in the insurance domain.
You will also be required to support sales and pre-sales teams in business development opportunities. You will need to initiate and foster relationships with other groups to ensure a holistic development of our insurance roduct line. You will also review product documentation and collateral to ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to launch and beyond, focusing on software solutions that meet the sophisticated needs of the insurance industry. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform product strategies and identify unique value propositions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support—to ensure product goals are met and align with broader company objectives. Define product visions and roadmaps, ensuring they are well communicated and understood across the organization. Engage directly with customers to gather critical feedback and integrate insights into product enhancements and innovations. Utilize data analytics to drive decisions and improve product performance continuously. Develop go-to-market strategies and oversee product rollouts to ensure successful adoption and optimal customer satisfaction.
