The Subject matter expert is expected to do the following

Identifying customer business needs and technology readiness - typically non-functional in nature like sizing, load distribution, architecture patterns that suit the problem at hand Collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions that address client needs Using exceptional communication skills to bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client requirements Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving    Other responsibilities include:  Articulating the business value of proposed solutions Contributing towards guides and standards for both internal and external consumption Engage with analysts on architecture benefits Contributing to the development of solutions in collaboration with partners and services

Two extremely important aspects of the job are a deep understanding of Microservices architecture, domain driven design, devops and CI/CD processes and tools. Secondly the candidate must have atleast 4 years of experience in designing, developing, deploying B2B SaaS solutions at scale.
