The Kindle Devices team is seeking a customer-obsessed Sales & Marketing leader to drive awareness and adoption of Kindle Scribe as a tool for work. It’s still day 1 with Kindle Scribe, and we’re seeking a Principal Product Manager -Tech Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead to develop and execute a multi-year plan to establish Kindle Scribe adoption in enterprise segments. This is a hands-on role, researching individual accounts, advising account teams on sales strategies, driving key business and technical relationships, developing positioning/messaging and leading the development of online and offline sales channel strategies. You will be at the center of activity and will need to lead multiple teams through your actions and direction.

Key job responsibilities
- Extensive research to determine the right message matched to right company and individual including: industry trends, existing technology dependencies, role/career path, cloud adoption, gaps in a capability, and competitive footprint
- Providing “talking points” to sales teams to enable more effective and efficient pre-call planning
- Craft content to aid in outreach efforts, customer understanding, and customer enablement.
- Designing and implementing repeatable and scalable delivery mechanisms to sales organizations; ensuring proper tracking mechanisms are in place in SFDC or other systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Partner and Technical Field professionals to determine how to best accelerate growth
- Monitoring progress against program objectives as well as the overall business plan
- Improving operational cadences to drive increased impact and program efficiency
- Synthesizing data and insights to help drive future investment areas
