You should be comfortable working in ambiguity, willing to go deep into operational details, and capable of influencing senior stakeholders across orgs. * Own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for a portfolio of new initiatives in fulfillment (e.g., Sustainability, Cross-Border Fulfillment, Non-Sortable). * Develop and launch scalable product solutions that address known merchant pain points or emerging regulatory and market shifts. * Define and measure success through KPIs, merchant adoption, cost-to-serve, and environmental impact (where applicable). * Drive technical product development in partnership with engineering teams and ensure early MVPs are designed to scale. * Represent MCF’s strategic initiatives in senior leadership forums, PRFAQs, and OP plans. * Build mechanisms to evaluate early-stage opportunities and sunset underperforming initiatives when needed.
