Marvell Semiconductors has world class IT team who is data driven share a strong service mind set and detail oriented. Our IT department implement and maintain the network, IT systems and processes. Its primary function is to ensure that the network, systems runs smoothly.

What You Can Expect

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

12+ years of overall experience with at least 6 years in AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure.

Design, build, and maintain web environments on AWS, including services like EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, and Elastic Beanstalk.

Host and manage micro-services on AWS, with a clear understanding of IAAS and PAAS concepts.

Unix/Linux Systems Administration:

Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining Unix/Linux systems (RHEL, OEL, Ubuntu).

Manage system performance, tuning, and upgrades.

Experienced in vulnerability and patch management using Qualys, Tanium or Industry standard tool

In-depth knowledge of Unix/Linux security practices, including SELinux, firewalls, and access control.

Experience in system hardening and vulnerability assessments.

Automation and Scripting:

Strong knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, Python, Perl) for automation and task optimization.

Expertise in AWS CLI and AWS web console.

Experience with Linux Shell Scripting and Python scripting.

Virtualization and Cloud Environments:

Proficiency in working with virtualization platforms (VMware, KVM) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

Understanding of load balancing, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.

Networking and Security:

Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, NFS, CIFS) and troubleshooting tools.

Proficiency in configuring and managing network-related services (DHCP, LDAP, SSH).

Familiarity with AWS networking and routing technologies (VPC, Security groups, NACL, Route53, Load Balancing, and Availability zones).

DevOps and CI/CD:

Experience using DevOps tools in a cloud environment, such as Docker, GitHub, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Maven, and SonarQube.

Experience with Continuous Delivery (CD) tools like AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, and AWS CodePipeline.

Setting up CI/CD pipelines and automation using Jenkins Pipeline development.

Monitoring and Performance:

Experience using monitoring solutions like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, and Prometheus.

Building custom dashboards and tools to monitor and support the platform.

Troubleshooting complex distributed environments related to application performance and monitoring tools.

Database Management:

Configuration and management of databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Understanding of AWS security practices like KMS, Secrets Manager, encryption, and IAM Roles.

What We're Looking For

Excellent understanding of one or more programming languages: Ruby, Python, Perl, Java.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to train others in procedural and technical topics.Previous exposure to large-scale systems design.Self-motivated and results-driven individual, passionate about technology.
