BAE Systems is seeking a **Principal Program Control Analyst** with strong analytical and interpersonal skills to join the Program Finance team in the Integrated Survivability (ISS) product line within the Countermeasure and Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area. This is a **Hybrid work environment for on-site support in Merrimack, New Hampshire** . This role is to support the award of the next CMWS Production program (anticipated to be >$100m) and will serve as a lead and mentor to junior staff. The candidate will interface with a diverse program team that is co-located in various regions of the US. The candidate for this role will be the trusted business partner to program stakeholders, providing analysis and management of financial requirements to support program execution and decision-making focused on minimizing risk and maximizing return of program profit.
