Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving transformative change to optimize cost? Join us at Personal System Operations (PSO) team. We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager! In this role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for a business-critical Cost Optimization initiative. You will play a key role in integrating with several savings workstreams, facilitating alignment across organizations. You will also craft compelling presentations to update project progress, approach and provide recommendations, and support Senior Executives in critical decision-making, and ensure successful implementation of change management strategies
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate all project activities to drive progress across workstreams and achieve saving goals effectivelyPrepare and deliver regular project updates and escalate issues to business executives, escalating critical issues as needed for timely resolutionIdentify and address any process gaps or cross-functional conflicts by providing actionable recommendationsFacilitate the collaborative discussions with senior-level management across business units and functions (including procurement, design, product marketing, engineering, and category teams) to drive alignment on critical decision-making or process improvementProvide thought leadership to develop innovative strategies for expanding the cost improvement funnel and accelerating the disposition of existing funnelProvide guidance on data visualization to enhance the clarity, effectiveness and impact of insights and recommendationsEducation & Experience Recommended
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred10+ years of work experience in supply chain, cost saving, project management, process improvement, engineering or a related field; Management consulting experience preferredKnowledge & Skills
Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and influenceExperience in successfully leading complex and cross-functional initiativesStrong capabilities in storyboarding, and creating compelling presentations to influenceStrong relationship management skills, including partnering and consultingBusiness acumen to develop meaningful business recommendations on cost reductionExcellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams independentlyAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of PC industry, and commodity preferred

The base pay range for this role is $154,000 to $237,150 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
