Job Responsibilities

Successfully implement and maintain complex clinical trial data systems.

Lead the development of innovative programming solutions to streamline clinical trial processes.

Determine and strictly adhere to quality standards in data management and analysis.

Foster an environment of collaboration and inclusion within cross-functional teams.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior programmers, ensuring the delivery of world-class solutions.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with outstanding efficiency.

Work closely with collaborators to comprehend and attend to their data requirements, ensuring seamless implementation.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification  

Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).  

Requirements

Proven experience as a Principal Trial Programmer or similar role in the pharma/ CRO industry.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, or Python.Extensive experience with clinical trial data systems and regulatory requirements.Extensive experience with Oracle Argus and other safety databasesOutstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to lead ambitious projects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
