What Engineering Program/Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Engineering is responsible for performing research and analyses to develop design options for components, products, systems and processes.

Define, validate, and document manufacturing processes with optimal use of resources, ensuring the level of quality, productivity and minimizing waste (scrap), continually improving the capacity of processes to meet specifications. Give direct support to production, by identifying cost reduction, generating ideas, solving and coordinating work teams, risk analysis, solution coordination, definition of processes, project planning, mentoring techniques and focused on providing sustainable technical solutions.

Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

4-8 years of experience, preferredBachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferredEnglish advanced, preferredKnowledges: New Product Introduction, Product Transfer, Agile, BPCS, Product Costing, Patient Focused, Ms Project, Process and Product validations, Project Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO13485 / ISO9001, FDA or equivalent.
