The Logistics Customer Insight & Returns Principal Project Manager will play a pivotal role in reducing Returns at GE Appliances The successful candidate will develop and implement strategic initiatives to leverage key customer information on returns and damage, streamline the overall returns process, and drive operational excellence.

**How You'll Create Possibilities**
+ Implement continuous improvement projects to help the Logistics team meet their goals.
+ Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to utilize key customer information on returns and damage to identify trends, patterns, and root causes. Lead & implement key projects as appropriate.
+ Develop and execute a strategic plan to utilize the data and information provided by key customers that can be accessed by all internal stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define high level problem statements, analyze data, identify pain points, and develop actionable solutions.
+ Consolidate the returns process work streams to eliminate redundancies, enhance coordination, and ensure seamless operations.
+ Communicate project progress, challenges, and accomplishments to stakeholders through effective storytelling and data visualization.
+ Partner with team to develop & implement strategies for the Cooking Microenterprise to reduce returns costs. Attend Cost of Quality meetings as the Logistics representative.
+ Travel to customer sites as required, with the expectation that travel will be less than 20% of the time.
**What You'll Bring to Our Team**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain management or related field.
+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in operations, manufacturing, logistics, quality, or sales support.
+ Process driven with proven ability to implement sustainable solutions.
+ Strong problem solving, analytic, and project management skills.
+ Curious self-starter.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Systems Capability – Oracle ERP Systems, Salesforce, Excel, Machine Learning, etc.
+ Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
+ Familiarity with logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
