Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is currently hiring a Principal Project Manager/Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located onsite in Melbourne, FL.

Accomplish

As a CAM, you will work with a technical team, leadership team and Business Management team to gather necessary information to control cost, schedule and performance of multiple statements of work. Along with forecasting of financial data and delivery of monthly program reports/presentations, you will update Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and produce required data products, review monthly Earned Value (EV) data and provide detailed cost account status, and support program requirements.

Essential Duties:

Perform Control Account Management (CAM) dutiesCoordinate with technical leadership in a cross functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to meet program cost, schedule, and technical objectivesDevelop and deliver presentations to customers, management, and other program stakeholdersDefine, plan, perform, monitor, control, and complete a variety of project tasks simultaneouslySupport proposal activities as neededTrack budget actuals against predictions and financial performance against the full EV performance management baseline, participate in CAM status calls, prepare status for/attend weekly status meeting, provide/enter bi-monthly Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status, support stakeholder meetings, review Actual Hours reports for time charging accuracy and alignment with IMS status.On a monthly basis: calculate & enter Estimate to Complete (ETCs) into the financial system, analyze EV metrics and generate Variance Reports (VARs) as required, and attend meetings related to forecasting and spend plans for statements of work.Coordinate with the scheduling team to develop and execute to an IMSCoordinate Earned Value Change Requests (EVCRs) with the Business Management and Scheduling team as neededSupport logistics team, generate staffing requirements, documentation, and forecastsReview labor resources and cost actuals on a weekly basis, taking action on any discrepanciesSupport development of packages for Proposal and Change Requests for cost and schedule and present to Senior LeadershipAdhere to all internal processes for Program ManagementPerform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of applicable experience, or 3 years with Master’s Degree.Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearanceMust have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable time as determined by the company to meet business needsPrevious experience in project management and/or control account managementExperience with Control Account Management and Earned Value Management methodologiesExperience with contracts executing full earned value managementProficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization having excellent presentation skills​PMP CertificationExperience working within an Integrated Product Team (IPT)Experience with Risk Management, Return to Green (RTG) plans, and scheduling cross functional activitiesActive InScope DoD Secret (or higher) clearance with a periodic review completed in the past 5 calendar years

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
